This stage involves brainstorming and sketching out initial ideas for the project. It focuses on capturing the essence of the client's vision and translating it into preliminary design concepts that explore spatial arrangements, aesthetics, and functionality.
Statutory Submissions
Necessary documentation and plans are prepared and submitted to relevant authorities for approval. This includes obtaining permits and clearances required by local building codes and regulations. We assist in the recommendation of allied consultants as required in a project.
Design Development
The design is further refined and developed. Detailed drawings and specifications are created with utmost care and attention. We firmly believe that good design seamlessly integrates aesthetics with functionality.
Tender Process
An open tender process results in a meticulous breakdown and fair comparison of costs, ultimately benefiting the client. We facilitate the invitation, evaluation, and contract awarding process on behalf of our clients. Selecting a builder with a proven track record of reliability and quality is equally vital to a successful project.
Contract Administration
Throughout the construction phase, administers the building contract between client and contractor. This involves overseeing progress on-site, ensuring compliance with design specifications, addressing any issues or changes that arise, issuing Architect’s Instructions (A.I.) and certifying payments to the contractor.
